The rules are simple:

We all must treat others with respect, dignity and humility. No one’s opinion is more important; more correct; more worthwhile than another. There is no such thing as a stupid question. We are a community and we will treat each other as such. This is a Utopian society that cannot exist in any other fashion than in our own minds and we will not allow the real world (either the reality of the world, or the unreality of the online world) to interfere with how we treat each other or others in our community.

We can critique without criticizing.

We can advise without mandating

We can correct without judging

We can coach without belittling

We can behave with honor and respect to our fellow community members.

We must also consider that any pictures and text posted here may be viewed by anyone in the world. This includes our partners, parents, siblings, children, and coworkers. Please be mindful of this when posting pictures or comments. Any posts deemed inappropriate in my judgment and my judgment alone will be removed. Although a picture may not be inappropriate, the subject of the picture may deem it unflattering or they may just be shy about having their picture posted on line and the subject of discussion. If I am contacted directly by the subject (or the poster) and asked to remove the picture I will do so upon their request.

Violation of these Terms of Service will result in your posts being removed. Repeated violations will result in an invitation to leave this community.
